Bali cow “Bos Sondaicus” original breed from the domestication of banteng bulls in Java, Bali, and Lombok. Fed on grasses, bamboo, fruits, leaves, and young branches. Low-fat content, delicate taste, and easy to eat.

Origin: Payangan, Bali.

Cooking tips:

Take it out the steak from the vacuum-packing.

Temper the steak one hour before.

Grill the steak at medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes on both sides.

Resting for 10 minutes once cooked.
